Yeah you definately gain a bit from High Flowing your Turbo...... it will increase output from the turbo and reduce lag.
I have the turbo on this High Flowed and it really made a noticeable difference to response time and volume output.
Thanks everyone for your great comments...... really makes all the late nights in the shed worth it ;)

Hi Count, yep I do have forged pistons in it, I figured constantly running 26 psi would risk some detonation from time to time if the fuel I get is average, to they will live longer, plus all the other benifits of Forged Pistons as well of course.......
I have my Rev limiter set at 7200rpm, but if I need to change it I can plug the lappy into the port under the dash and reprogram the Motec ECU in a second or 2 :)

19 November 2009 1:05:15love your GQ mate I see it in the mag all the time hey maybe you would know weather high flowing the turbo on my 4.2 GU would be just as good as putting on an after market one I already have a 3 inch straight through exhaust any tips would be great
